Camera Tuning & Image Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Tune and optimize complex camera pipelines and algorithms to enhance image quality.
• Perform critical image quality analysis for new features and technologies.
• Drive feature development from conception through completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovate camera pipeline architectures using cutting-edge technologies like Deep Fusion.
• Provide technical feedback on new features and algorithms during quality evaluations.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate machine learning approaches into imaging solutions.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in image quality testing or tuning.
• Expertise in 3A’s (Auto Focus, Auto Exposure, Auto White Balance), denoising, sharpening, fusion, and tone-mapping algorithms.
• Technical proficiency with machine learning and image processing technologies.
• Strong photography, videography, and cinematography skills.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Objective-C, Swift, Python, or shell programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
