What you'll do

Develop and maintain program level milestones for TO60 work scope.
Monitor implementation of TO60 capabilities to ensure successful execution.
Update Agile workflow management tools with required data reflecting progress.
Lead the identification, mitigation, and resolution of program risks and opportunities.
Support SC in planning and executing program review events like PMRs and IPRs.
Populate program execution metrics, track metric data, and solve problems proactively.

What we're looking for

Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
Experience with project planning, cost management, and schedule performance.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams for development and sustainment.
Knowledge of systems engineering, software development, and deployment processes.
Proficient in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and project management tools.
Ability to develop and manage project teams and schedules effectively.
Experience with spiral development processes and program lifecycle management.
