Job Description Summary:

As a part of our OTC Billing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of our company, contributing to our ongoing success and innovation. We are currently seeking a Profile Business Analyst focused on leading pricing strategy and analytics to drive profitable growth across a non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverage portfolio.  This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Category Management to develop and execute pricing, promotional, and Revenue Growth Management strategies to achieve business objectives.

The Profile Business Analyst owns pricing and insights, leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and automation improving pricing accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.  This position evaluates competitive retailer dynamics, supports price-pack architecture, and elasticity analysis, and delivers actionable, executive-level insights.  This role will also play a key part in modernizing pricing processes and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective pricing execution and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Lead and own pricing strategy execution and analytics for NARTD brands, channels, and customers.
  • Maintain and oversee list price, net price, and promotional pricing frameworks, ensuring alignment with margin, volume, and growth targets.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated pricing models, tools, and workflows to improve scalability, governance, and accuracy.
  • Partner with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) on initiatives, including price-pack architecture, elasticity modeling, mix optimization, and promo effectiveness.
  • Apply AI, machine learning, or advance analytics to pricing optimization, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Work cross functionally with sales, finance, and supply chain to align pricing strategies with commercial execution.
  • Continuously improve pricing processes by identifying opportunities for automation and advance analytics.
  • Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to assess performance of pricing execution strategies.
  • Assist in identifying and remediating any internal /external control deficiencies.
  • Build strong relationships with Customer Agreement teams, Brand Finance to improve process efficiency and overall performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in pricing or financial planning.
  • In-depth knowledge in financial analysis, pricing, and forecasting.
  • Basic knowledge of related disciplines such as accounting and auditing.
  • Proficiency in financial software systems and ERPs, including SAP, Salesforce, CAS, and TPM.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be able to quickly assess the needs of the business, develop an action plan & manage the required change.

Skills:

  • Ability to articulate specific goals, needs, and processes to team members and constituents.
  • Strong business, financial, and mathematical acumen
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP, specifically pricing-related functionality (e.g., SAP SD Pricing, S/4 HANA Pricing, or related modules.
  • Proven experience in pricing processes, including price calculations, discounts, rebates, margin analysis, or revenue optimization.
  • Strong facilitation and verbal/written communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to balance priorities and identify impacts and constraints.
  • Excellent technical aptitude, including knowledge of GAAP; strong Excel skills.
  • Experience in the development and enhancement of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office applications skills required (Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, account reconciliations and familiarity with the chart of accounts
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with SAP required and NAOU Legacy systems a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Cross-Functional groups on complex issues to guide towards successful resolutions.
  • Demonstration of being self-starting and utilizing resources efficiently
  • While IT background is not required, a demonstration of Systems technical knowledge a plus.

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
