What you'll do

Gather requirements from stakeholders to create BRDs, FRDs, and SRS documents.
Act as liaison between business and technology teams for software upgrades and testing.
Design system solutions that meet business needs and align with IT architecture standards.
Develop detailed design documents including data models, process flows, and interfaces.
Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end-users on new systems.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree or equivalent plus 2 years, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server Management Studio including stored procedures/triggers development.
Knowledge of technologies supporting Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) processes like Warehouse Mgmt, Transportation Mgmt, Order Mgmt systems.
Familiarity with integration technologies such as XML, webMethods, or Oracle Fusion Middleware.
Experience in reporting tools like IBM Cognos and Power BI.
Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder meetings.
