What you'll do

Analyze complex processes and articulate requirements for credit card systems.
Design solutions and create Jira Agile stories for development teams.
Conduct high-level data research and run SQL queries to support system needs.
Understand APIs, review code in GitHub, and test applications using Postman.
Manage concurrent activities and report progress on multiple projects simultaneously.
Communicate effectively with both business and technical groups on project status.
Assist in the implementation of application solutions throughout the SDLC phases.

What we're looking for

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex processes.
Experience writing technical requirements and creating high-level design documents.
Ability to understand APIs, review code in GitHub, and test in Postman.
Knowledge of Jira and experience working on Agile Scrum teams.
Full stack BSA with end-to-end process understanding preferred.
Credit card subject matter expertise beneficial for business processes.
Technical troubleshooting skills to anticipate and resolve application issues.
