You will need strong experience in Agile delivery, user story writing, and proficiency with tools like Confluence and Jira. The role requires a deep understanding of the banking/financial services industry, particularly retail or small business segments, to provide solutions for applying technology to business opportunities and planning cross-functional applications.
Elicit and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and user stories.
Define clear acceptance criteria and success metrics for project deliverables.
Break down epics into detailed user stories and tasks in an Agile environment.
Facilitate discussions to clarify scope, priorities, and dependencies across teams.
Support QA and UAT by ensuring requirements are clearly understood and validated.
What we're looking for
