Ideal candidates have at least five years of experience in enterprise-level solution design and deployment using Blue Yonder or similar platforms, along with expertise in business requirements gathering, API integrations, and system testing.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design and integration of transportation capabilities using Blue Yonder products.
  • Facilitate customer change management by applying industry best practices.
  • Serve as a solution owner, coordinating key meetings with project stakeholders.
  • Develop custom solutions to address gaps in out-of-the-box functionalities.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and training sessions for end users.
  • Ensure seamless transition to the Steady State team through collaboration with Cloud service teams.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise-level solution design and deployments with Blue Yonder Transportation Management Suite or similar platform.
  • At least 4 years of expertise in functional transportation processes and translating requirements into configuration using the Blue Yonder suite.
  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience (minimum 10 years).
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and develop user stories for development teams.
  • Experience delivering transportation programs and projects for clients.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as WEB/REST/SOAP Services, Mulesoft, ETL/APIs.
