As an AWS Platform Architect, you will join a dynamic team of cloud architects and engineers specializing in Azure to design and implement cloud solutions. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements, developing and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes within a DevOps framework, and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters. You will also build reusable Infrastructure-as-Code modules and automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages like Python or Bash. Additionally, you will ensure monitoring and observability through tools such as CloudWatch and Grafana, supporting large-scale applications in secure cloud environments. This role requires 5+ years of experience in cloud-native platforms and DevOps, with a focus on Kubernetes and production-level infrastructure management.
Design and define AWS cloud solution components in collaboration with Azure specialists.
Operate and troubleshoot production Kubernetes clusters, managing networking, storage, and workload issues.
Build reusable Infrastructure-as-Code modules to provision and manage AWS infrastructure efficiently.
Develop automation scripts using Python or Bash for DevOps processes and workflows.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows to streamline application development cycles.
Set up monitoring, logging, and observability solutions with tools like CloudWatch and Grafana.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in cloud-native platforms, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps environments.
3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes cluster management and troubleshooting expertise.
Proven ability to build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code modules for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation using tools like GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or Helm.
Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree required.
Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation solutions.
Expertise in implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions with tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, or Elasticsearch.
