- Ensure production stability through support, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in capital markets with deep trading domain expertise.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience leading full-stack application delivery as an Engineering Tech Lead.
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud-native services and .NET/C#, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
- Proven ability to design, migrate, and operate .NET applications and databases on AWS.
- Experience driving cloud migration strategies and modernizing on-prem Windows services.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ownership of mission-critical, high-availability production systems.
