What you'll do
Design, develop, and maintain AML product features ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Document AML data mapping from source to AML systems.
Collaborate with compliance teams to translate AML rules into technical specifications.
Implement and optimize transaction monitoring systems and alert generation mechanisms.
Integrate AML products with internal and external data sources, including sanctions lists.
Continuously improve AML product performance through data analysis and algorithm tuning.
What we're looking for
Proven experience (3+ years) in software engineering with a focus on AML or regulatory technology products.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#.
Experience implementing AML software platforms like Actimize SAM and CDD.
Knowledge of AML regulatory requirements such as BSA, FATF, and OFAC sanctions.
Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems, alert workflows, case management, and KYC/CDD processes.
Understanding of machine learning/AI applications in AML is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
