Associate Product Manager, Sustaining & Configuration Management

What you'll do

• Manage product configurations and bills of materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and alignment with plans.
• Review customer product configurations for quality, completeness, and manufacturability before order fulfillment.
• Process engineering change requests, assessing impacts on products, costs, and customers.
• Lead documentation and notifications for product lifecycle events such as end-of-life announcements.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers providing visibility into configuration, cost, and lifecycle status of products.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of related experience in product management, sustaining/configuration engineering, supply chain, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong technical aptitude to read and reason about hardware/system configurations and engineering changes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional partnerships.
• Ability to manage detailed, cross-functional work to completion with a bias for action.
• Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BOM/configuration management.
• BS in Engineering or Technical discipline; Master's degree desirable.
