As an Associate Principal, Software Engineering SDET at The Options Clearing Corporation in Dallas, TX, you will lead the design and development of test automation frameworks for both new and existing applications. Your daily tasks include evaluating test cases for regression coverage, automating newly implemented functionality, and developing tools to enhance testing efficiency. You will collaborate closely with software developers, project managers, and product owners to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery. Utilizing Harness and Rancher, you will manage service deployments and scaling of test environments while maintaining UI and API test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber BDD, TestNG/JUnit, and Rest Assured. Additionally, you will support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into Jenkins builds and generate quality trend reports through SpiraTest and Splunk to ensure release readiness. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field with 5+ years of software test engineering experience.
