What you'll do

Lead multi-workstream GenAI delivery programs, managing scope, planning, staffing, risk, dependencies, and communications.
Architect technical solutions for model selection, RAG design, context schemas, orchestration, tool-use, memory patterns, and evaluation strategy.
Establish engineering standards and ensure teams deliver production-grade AI solutions with quality gates and testing evaluations.
Integrate AI capabilities with ERP/SCM/CRM systems, data platforms, identity layers, and integration frameworks.
Convert ambiguous requirements into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria for rapid iteration while ensuring security and compliance.
Build reusable assets like reference architectures, accelerators, prompt libraries, evaluation harnesses, and delivery playbooks.

What we're looking for

10–18 years of software engineering/architecture experience in enterprise environments.
Hands-on expertise in building LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines and tool-use agents.
Strong grasp of cloud-native architecture, security, and observability best practices.
Practical experience integrating AI capabilities with ERP/SCM/CRM systems and data platforms.
Demonstrated leadership in complex transformations with compliance and integration challenges.
Experience operationalizing enterprise data architecture for AI context retrieval and quality assurance.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
