What you'll do

  • Provide strategic legal advice on cybersecurity requirements in government contracts.
  • Design and manage Anduril's cybersecurity compliance program and policies.
  • Lead incident response efforts during security breaches and data incidents.
  • Negotiate cybersecurity terms in commercial and government contracts.
  • Assess and advise on cybersecurity risks in business operations and new initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 8-12 years of legal experience focusing on cybersecurity law, preferably in-house or government agency.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity laws for government contractors, including FAR/DFARS, CMMC, NIST 800-171.
  • Proven experience advising on cybersecurity compliance programs and incident response strategies.
  • Experience negotiating cybersecurity terms in government contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Strong understanding of information security concepts and ability to translate technical issues into legal advice.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of providing practical, solution-oriented advice.
