Associate Engineer, Analytical AI Engineering

What you'll do

• Implement data pipelines and ML workflow components following established patterns.
• Write maintainable code with limited guidance after initial alignment with senior engineers.
• Troubleshoot issues within assigned pipelines and features independently.
• Maintain tests for your work to ensure changes are tested before deployment.
• Explain technical decisions clearly to teammates, including trade-offs made.

What we're looking for

• 0-2 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with familiarity in data pipeline development.
• Working knowledge of version control (Git), testing practices, code review, and documentation.
• Exposure to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Databricks.
• Familiarity with ML concepts including model training and feature engineering.
• Ability to work effectively within team guidelines and build positive relationships.
• Demonstrated reliability in delivering commitments and proactive communication.
