What you'll do

  • Build, configure, and sustain system integrations between manufacturing systems.
  • Define and execute data mapping for shop floor to downstream operational capabilities.
  • Establish integration standards and reusable patterns for consistent onboarding.
  • Oversee execution of integration solutions across global sites with minimal disruption.
  • Provide senior-level troubleshooting and incident leadership for integration issues.
  • Drive data quality practices to ensure accuracy and consistency in manufacturing data.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in manufacturing technology or industrial systems environments.
  • Minimum 5 years in system integration, automation, or manufacturing IT/OT roles.
  • Strong experience integrating MES, PI, DeltaV with downstream platforms.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing execution processes and shop floor data generation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts for manufacturing data transformation.
  • Familiarity with modern integration technologies including APIs, OPC UA, edge to cloud flows.
  • Experience with SDLC practices and computer system validation concepts.
