What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend, data, or platform engineering.
  • Strong hands-on programming skills in Python and experience with REST-based frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
  • Experience designing and developing APIs using gRPC and Protocol Buffers for contract-first API development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of relational or analytical data platforms.
  • Experience building scalable backend services in cloud-native or distributed environments, including container orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams.
