What you'll do

Own and resolve complex user inquiries for the Aladdin product, demonstrating technical expertise.
Analyze client inquiry trends to identify areas of strategic improvement and implement solutions.
Serve as a liaison between various business units to ensure smooth product changes and releases.
Partner with Engineering & SRE on proactive monitoring and telemetry to prevent critical incidents.
Act as a Product SME and Solution Architect for key users, addressing complex compliance challenges.
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects aligned with product-specific goals.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in financial services or related technical support role.
Strong background in OMS, EMS, FIX support, and post-trade operations.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, SQL, Python, Java, or REACT.
Experience with root cause analysis and security analytics for securitized products.
Knowledge of investment compliance, performance attribution, and data analytics tools.
Familiarity with Bloomberg terminals and Tableau Desktop for data visualization.
