What you'll do

  • Create, implement, and oversee policies related to reservations, events, and space usage.
  • Manage event rentals, logistics, and financial processes including invoicing and billing.
  • Conduct assessments and analyses to inform improvements in service models and workflows.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in event management, scheduling, operations, or related work.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellence in customer service.
  • Ability to cultivate a network across the organization for improved functioning.
  • Experience with scheduling systems (e.g., 25Live) strongly preferred.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check required.
