What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end asset lifecycle management, from onboarding to decommissioning.
  • Maintain accurate records for assets in CMMS, ERP, or other systems.
  • Conduct regular asset audits to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Partner with logistics and procurement teams to manage critical asset availability.
  • Develop and improve asset management workflows and reporting mechanisms.
  • Monitor asset health trends to identify risks and process breakdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures for assets.

What we're looking for

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in asset management or related field
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes including receiving, tagging, tracking, auditing, and retirement
  • Experience working with CMMS, ERP, inventory, or asset tracking systems
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in fast-moving environments
  • Analytical problem-solving skills for identifying discrepancies and process improvements
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and time-sensitive needs
