What you'll do

Own end-to-end asset lifecycle management, from onboarding to decommissioning.
Maintain accurate records for assets in CMMS, ERP, or other systems.
Conduct regular asset audits to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Partner with logistics and procurement teams to manage critical asset availability.
Develop and improve asset management workflows and reporting mechanisms.
Monitor asset health trends to identify risks and process breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures for assets.

What we're looking for

3 to 5+ years of experience in asset management or related field
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes including receiving, tagging, tracking, auditing, and retirement
Experience working with CMMS, ERP, inventory, or asset tracking systems
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in fast-moving environments
Analytical problem-solving skills for identifying discrepancies and process improvements
Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and time-sensitive needs
