What you'll do

  • Implement bounded autonomy and decision controls for agentic AI use cases.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and platform strategies.
  • Support continuous testing, validation, and monitoring practices for production readiness.
  • Track key governance metrics and support continuous improvement of processes.
  • Partner with Risk, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent application of AI and SDLC controls.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or technology governance.
  • Strong background in architecture governance and SDLC controls.
  • Expertise in modern SDLC, DevSecOps, and cloud-based delivery models.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled development and associated governance considerations.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with risk and compliance oversight.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Solid collaboration skills within matrixed organizations.
