Join our Applications Development team as a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a focus on backend technologies and microservices architecture. In this role, you will collaborate closely with lead engineers to implement technical strategies and system roadmaps, proactively address technical debt and performance bottlenecks, and contribute to the strategic planning of our backend technology stack. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Hibernate, as well as various databases and messaging systems like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ. Your day-to-day tasks include designing RESTful APIs, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system observability through monitoring tools. This position requires experience in microservices patterns such as CQRS and Event Sourcing, along with a solid understanding of cloud platforms and containerization technologies. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of progressive experience in full-stack development and strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges within our enterprise-grade system.

What you'll do

Adhere to best practices in microservices architecture and collaborate on technical strategies.
Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues.
Implement advanced CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies for microservices.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance development efficiency and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents.

What we're looking for

1-3+ years of progressive experience in full-stack software development with a focus on Java/Angular.
Proficient in microservices architecture patterns and cloud-native applications, including domain-driven design and event-driven systems.
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and deployment processes for microservices.
Solid understanding of security best practices in backend development, including OAuth2, JWT, secure coding, and vulnerability scanning.
