What we're looking for

8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on scalable systems.
Deep expertise in building and operating production-grade AI products using LLMs and agents.
Solid foundation in machine learning, including transformers and large language models.
Proficiency in high-level programming languages like Python, Scala, Java, or Go.
