What you'll do

Build scalable and trustworthy AI products, agents, and workflows for self-serve analytics.
Design and own end-to-end AI systems, including retrieval, evaluation, and deployment phases.
Drive efficiency in AI systems by optimizing cost, performance, and inference quality.
Introduce state-of-the-art AI techniques to accelerate Data Engineering and Science teams.
Educate the broader organization on modern AI patterns through workshops and technical playbooks.

What we're looking for

8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in LLM or agentic systems.
Deep expertise in modern AI stack including transformers, LLMs, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and ability to diagnose production issues.
Proficiency in high-level programming languages like Python, Scala, Java, or Go with a focus on readability and testability.
Experience with data infrastructure ecosystem, SQL engines, lakehouse architectures, and workflow orchestration.
Strategic product mindset and research sensibility for tackling ambiguous projects in fast-paced environments.
