Conduct stakeholder research to identify intelligence gaps and workflow friction in the revenue lifecycle.
Build and refine AI agents tailored to specific areas of the revenue cycle using shared infrastructure.
Monitor system adoption and continuously tune outputs based on field feedback and business impact.
Embed in regional operating rhythms to ensure systems are aligned with real-world GTM workflows.
Recognize patterns across scenarios to scale effective solutions as reusable infrastructure components.
What we're looking for
6+ years of professional experience in a B2B SaaS GTM role with direct involvement in commercial motion.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools that transformed real work processes, with concrete examples.
Technical fluency to engage credibly on integration architecture and contribute directly to prompt design without translation from an engineering counterpart.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows and daily operating reality for various GTM personas.
Field credibility sufficient to engage in executive-level customer engagement and have output taken seriously.
Track record of taking solutions from problem identification through field adoption, not just building and handing off.
