What we're looking for
6+ years of professional experience in a B2B SaaS GTM role with direct involvement in commercial motion.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools that transformed real work processes, with concrete examples.
Technical fluency to engage credibly on integration architecture and contribute directly to prompt design without translation from an engineering counterpart.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows and daily operating reality of GTM personas like AEs, SCs, BDRs, and CS.
Field credibility sufficient to engage in executive-level customer engagement and have output taken seriously by executives.
Track record of taking solutions from problem identification through field adoption without just building and handing off.
