Join the Futures Engineering team at Robinhood as an Android Engineer and help build cutting-edge mobile experiences for futures trading. Build customer-facing mobile experiences for futures trading using Kotlin and Android SDK.
Own features from design to implementation, ensuring they are reliable and performant.
Translate complex trading concepts into simple, trusted workflows on the Android platform.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate real-time financial systems securely.
Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
What we're looking for
2+ years of professional Android development experience building consumer applications at scale.
Proficient in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for developing modern, efficient Android apps.
Strong ability to write clean, maintainable code with a focus on quality and user experience.
Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and backend developers.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent training/experience preferred.
