What you'll do

  • Designs and improves architecture and circuit designs for multiple CMOS mixed-signal blocks.
  • Oversees block-level layout with layout teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
  • Develops verification plans and conducts complex simulations to meet power, performance targets.
  • Analyzes bench/ATE test results to identify and resolve bugs in the design process.
  • Provides technical guidance on implementation to internal users and external vendors.
  • Writes detailed documentation for complex projects to guide user and customer integration.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering with relevant mixed-signal IC design experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience using design tools like Cadence ADE, MATLAB, SPICE.
  • Experience in designing CMOS circuits for data converters, PLLs, and other analog blocks.
  • Oversee layout and silicon evaluation processes for multiple circuit designs.
  • Define verification plans and run complex simulations to improve design performance.
  • Write detailed technical documentation for complex projects and guide users/customers.
