What you'll do

  • Define and implement an enterprise ALM and delivery framework supporting consistent execution with team-specific needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on ALM, Agile, and DevOps strategy, tooling, and models for business and IT leadership.
  • Design standardized intake and demand management processes to reduce handoffs and improve prioritization transparency.
  • Enable delivery teams to adopt product-oriented agile practices based on their maturity levels.
  • Assess delivery team maturity and tailor enablement approaches, establishing foundational ALM and agile practices.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of experience in software delivery, ALM, Agile, or DevOps environments.
  • Minimum 5 years as an ALM, Agile, or DevOps coach/enablement role.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with enterprise ALM and agile tooling including workflow customization.
  • Proven ability to influence change across multiple teams without direct authority.
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills in diverse environments.
  • Experience working across both Agile and traditional SDLC models.
