As an experienced ML Engineer on our national security team, you will develop and deploy mission-critical AI/ML solutions by applying advanced algorithms and technologies to solve complex customer problems. Your daily tasks include training, testing, deploying, and maintaining models that process vast datasets, collaborating closely with data scientists, architects, and subject matter experts. You must have 3+ years of experience in AI/ML-based solutions using Python, deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and knowledge of core ML concepts such as clustering and regression. Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, RAG-enabled solutions, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker is beneficial. This role demands expertise in the SDLC, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide clients through AI/ML landscapes while addressing real-world national security challenges.

What we're looking for
3+ years experience in AI/ML solutions with Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Proficiency in applying AI/ML research to develop practical solutions for real-world challenges.
