  • Guide full engineering lifecycle from requirements to continuous improvement.
  • Implement infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, and secure-by-design practices.
  • Ensure HR technology platforms are secure, stable, scalable, and compliant with standards.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
  • Experience leading technical teams in systems engineering or HR technology environments.
  • Proven ability to set technical direction and develop engineering talent.
  • Strong experience designing complex enterprise platform solutions.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code, cloud deployment, scripting, CI/CD tools.
  • Deep knowledge of security practices including RBAC, secrets management, SSO, SAML.
  • Working knowledge of AI & ML concepts, integrating AI into enterprise platforms.
