What we're looking for

- Experience with SQL, Python, and workflow automation platforms
- Familiarity with compliance-sensitive environments and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in using AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor
