What you'll do

Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and policy-based routing capabilities.
Develop abstraction layers for seamless integration of multiple AI providers into client environments.
Tailor agentic applications to specific industry workflows in finance, healthcare, retail, etc.
Conduct design workshops and proof-of-concept sessions to shape data-driven agent workflows with clients.
Define key metrics and evaluation plans to measure the accuracy, latency, safety, and cost-effectiveness of AI agents.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience building cloud-native solutions.
Deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic systems for enterprise environments.
Proficiency in AI platforms including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI.
Extensive programming experience in Python or Java with knowledge of evaluation tooling.
Strong background in deploying to production using CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
Minimum 10 years of client communication and collaboration experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; additional AI certifications preferred.
