  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI platforms like OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models.
  • 3+ years of programming experience in Python or Java, including evaluation tooling and observability practices.
  • 3+ years of production deployment experience using CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
  • Strong client communication skills with the ability to lead technical workshops and deliver under ambiguity.
