What you'll do

• Design and develop Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for intelligent automation in banking.
• Deploy Generative AI applications like chatbots, summarization tools, and document extraction systems.
• Fine-tune LLMs using prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
• Build and maintain machine learning models that support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver projects within the Bank of America engagement.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering.
• 2+ years of direct experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI in production environments.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications like chatbots, summarization tools, classifiers, and document extractors.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG techniques, and fine-tuning methods for LLMs.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced environments.
