- Establish metrics, evaluation frameworks, and simulation strategies for robust system validation.
- Optimize models for real-time, on-device performance on Qualcomm automotive platforms.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of Systems Engineering experience or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in deep learning, autonomous driving stacks, and AI system deployments.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience designing and integrating complex AI systems across software and hardware.
- Background in automotive software stacks, simulation environments, and validation workflows.
- Knowledge of model compression techniques for efficient deployment on embedded/edge platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
