What you'll do

Serve as final escalation tier for complex production incidents on Azure and AWS Gen AI platforms.
Perform advanced root cause analysis on platform outages and performance issues across multi-cloud environments.
Monitor and optimize the health, performance, and cost-efficiency of Gen AI workloads in Azure and AWS.
Troubleshoot end-to-end architecture including API gateways, networking, IAM/RBAC policies, and data pipelines.
Develop runbooks and SOPs to reduce mean time to resolution for L1/L2 support teams.
Support deployment activities for Gen AI models and applications, ensuring validation and rollback procedures.

What we're looking for

Deep hands-on expertise with Azure AI services and AWS Bedrock.
Strong working knowledge of Databricks and proficiency in Python scripting.
Experience with cloud networking, security, and identity management.
Proficiency in API troubleshooting and monitoring tools.
