What you'll do

- Track and analyze process performance metrics to inform technical decisions and support continuous improvement.
- Lead investigations and resolve process-related issues, deviations, and escalations using data-driven methods.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including work instructions, qualification reports, and safety analyses.
- Identify and mitigate process-related safety risks in partnership with EHS teams.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to sustain stable processes and enable new product introductions.
- Execute equipment qualifications and process changes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
What we're looking for
