What you'll do

Lead a team of platform engineers and set technical direction for high traffic marketing web platforms.
Translate business requirements into a prioritized technical delivery plan and roadmap for shared web capabilities.
Design and implement complex components of the web platform architecture, ensuring reliability and security.
Define and enforce standards for service templates, logging/metrics, configuration, and release practices across the platform.
Build observability tools and manage incident response for critical business services to ensure high availability.

What we're looking for

4+ years of people management experience in hiring, coaching, and team development.
8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on platform engineering or SRE for large-scale production web services.
5+ years of translating business needs into technical architecture and delivery plans.
Deep expertise in security, privacy, and compliant data handling for customer-facing web platforms.
Extensive hands-on experience with Azure ecosystem tools (App Service, AKS, Front Door, API Management) or equivalent cloud services.
Strong track record in defining and enforcing platform standards and governance practices.
