What you'll do

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for electromechanical actuators.
Design environmental test profiles adhering to MIL-STD-810 standards.
Create robust test fixtures using NX CAD, considering manufacturability.
Perform multi-level testing from component to integrated system levels.
Analyze complex test data and generate clear test reports.
Investigate root causes of failures through detailed performance analysis.
Execute Design Validation Plans (DVPs) for rigorous actuator validation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Robotics or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with LabVIEW and data acquisition systems.
2+ years of physical testing and analysis of mechanical/electromechanical systems.
Proficiency in dynamometer testing and servo control principles.
Strong experience in environmental testing methodologies and MIL-STD-810 standards.
CAD proficiency, specifically NX, for test fixture design and manufacturability.
