What you'll do

  • Own the quantitative analysis to ensure AD&S has the right staffing for program success.
  • Build and maintain staffing demand models across 50+ programs, integrating multiple systems.
  • Conduct gap analysis at the program × dept × team level to identify specific shortages.
  • Track the full staffing funnel from hiring to billing, identifying and resolving breakdowns.
  • Validate workforce demand against Finance forecasts to flag misalignments proactively.
  • Monitor and measure adherence to staffing priority lists, providing data for leadership intervention.
  • Produce executive-facing deliverables that provide quantified answers with timelines.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations, or finance.
  • Proven experience working in a high-growth technology company environment.
  • Strong fluency across Finance, Recruiting, Engineering, and Program Management.
  • Ability to independently manipulate data without relying on a dedicated team.
  • Experience building and maintaining complex staffing demand models for multiple programs.
