What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager in data or technology delivery
- Strong requirements writing and backlog management skills with agile delivery experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data reasoning, including validation of data issues and fixes
- Knowledge of batch distribution patterns and GraphQL fundamentals for schema evolution
- Experience using AI-assisted tools throughout the SDLC with appropriate human review
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as AML, BSA, and CDD requirements
