  • Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Study Management, and Medical Monitoring leaders to optimize trial execution and reduce cycle times.
  • Modernize study start‑up, site activation, enrollment, and monitoring workflows to improve predictability and execution excellence.
  • Scale global capabilities that support decentralized, hybrid, and innovative trial models.
  • Act as a trusted technology partner to Global Development leadership, co‑shaping strategy, priorities, and investment decisions.
  • Translate Clinical Development needs into scalable technology capabilities and measurable business outcomes.

  • Track value realization through metrics such as cycle‑time reduction, cost efficiency, quality improvement, and study performance outcomes.
  • Ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery across a global, matrixed organization.
  • Identify and scale innovation through partnerships with vendors, start‑ups, and ecosystem partners focused on clinical development transformation.
  • Bring external benchmarks and industry best practices into strategy and execution to continuously evolve the development operating model.
