What you'll do

  • Serve as an analytics thought partner to senior leadership on content investment.
  • Build frameworks and tools for title-level decisions and content valuation.
  • Embed analytics into cross-functional squads focused on subscriber engagement.
  • Partner with data engineering to deliver infrastructure supporting the analytics roadmap.

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of experience in analytics, data science, or decision science roles with at least 8 years in leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business.
  • Deep expertise in media and entertainment content strategy, including valuation, licensing, and global investment decisions.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling analytics capabilities to support strategic content decisions.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading multi-year analytics roadmaps with tools, methodologies, and data products.
  • Fluency in advanced analytics tools (SQL, Python/R) and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
