What you'll do

Define and communicate the vision for DnA Operations and Analytics Engineering.
Lead Analytics Engineering to ensure consistent metrics across all verticals.
Oversee DnA Operations, PMO, TPM for predictable program delivery.
Partner with regional Data & Analytics teams on global operations standards.
Advance AI Analytics initiatives including development of AI-powered tools.
Ensure data integrity and quality in reporting and executive deliverables.
Architect operating model for DnA's connective tissue and delivery frameworks.

What we're looking for

Over 12 years of experience in analytics, data science, or operations roles with at least 8 years in leadership.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business.
Proven success building and scaling analytics engineering and BI capabilities in product-led organizations.
Expertise in semantic layer design, metric governance, and consistency across reporting tools like Looker and Tableau.
Strong fluency with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and experience leading program management at enterprise scale.
Strategic experience with AI/ML applications in analytics, including LLM tool development and evaluator frameworks.
Track record of executive communication and influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
