What you'll do

  • Own and drive BlackLine’s internal AI transformation program, establishing a clear roadmap aligned to measurable business outcomes.
  • Define success metrics for the AI program and report progress to senior leadership regularly.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of AI professionals responsible for execution and adoption.
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases with various departments and translate them into deployed solutions.
  • Lead the design and deployment of AI agents and automation workflows in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Drive AI adoption across the organization through enablement programs, change management, and user training.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of technology leadership experience with at least 3–5 years in enterprise AI or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of building and delivering measurable business impact through AI/ML programs.
  • Strong executive presence to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms like Claude, Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI, and automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of AI governance, data classification, and responsible AI principles.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in regulated environments with Legal and InfoSec teams.
