As a Software Engineer III on the platform data governance and management team, you will lead the design and development of scalable software solutions by collaborating with product management and user experience teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coding, testing, deploying secure and high-quality code, troubleshooting complex production issues, and providing technical guidance to peers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables, support continuous integration and deployment processes through automation, and maintain clear documentation. The role requires expertise in Java 11/Spring Boot, full-stack development, Kafka with Schema Registry, ReactJS, REST APIs, GCP and Azure cloud technologies, Bigtable, and AVRO models. You should have experience designing software using object-oriented programming, working in Agile environments, and automating testing processes while ensuring adherence to quality and security standards.
