The Senior Software Engineer will lead the delivery of scoped features and components through collaborative teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives. The Global Governance Tech team delivers innovative Ethics and Compliance solutions supporting multiple supply chain initiatives. This agile, cloud-native group prioritizes continuous learning and collaboration to create tailored experiences across in-store, mobile, and web platforms. The team values software engineers with strong technical expertise who take ownership and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. What you'll do:

  • Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage GenAI tools to improve development velocity.
  • Assist in solution design, conduct code reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
  • Monitor application performance and maintain high-quality software through proactive testing and continuous integration.
  • Mentor peers, promote best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven expertise in object-oriented programming ensure maintainable and modular software.
  • Strong experience delivering scoped features through collaborative engineering teams, including implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML integration and generative AI tools to enhance software intelligence and development efficiency.
  • Ability to translate high-level designs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
