What we're looking for
5+ years of experience managing full-stack engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
Proven ability to lead the development and delivery of end-to-end solutions using React.js, Java/Spring Boot, and Kafka.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in frontend (React.js, TypeScript) and backend (Java, Spring Boot) technologies.
Experience driving Agile practices, continuous delivery, and modern DevOps methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
