What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions architecture/engineering, operations automation, or engineering leadership with business ownership.
- Proven track record of owning automated or rules-based systems in production environments.
- Strong ability to make decisions and manage trade-offs in complex operational scenarios.
- Comfortable working with probabilistic signals and imperfect information to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience partnering with Data Science teams to implement intelligence-driven automation.
